Job Summary :
Purpose of Sales Team is to generate revenue for organisation meeting client specific business requirements, generating new leads, promoting brand name in market, exploring and adding new sales channels to promote and sell company products and services. Sales team will explore all B2B, B2C, B2B2C opportunities and convert eligible client leads into sales. The job holder will be primarily responsible for successful lead generation and conversion of sales, execution of new projects and managing the overall relationship with customer. This team members will be responsible for meeting business targets.
Location: NCR, Mumbai and Bangalore
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities :
Generation of business leads in specific territory
Conversion of leads into sales and meeting monthly and annual business targets
Creating brand awareness in the market
Execution on new on boarded client projects
Managing of client relationship once initial setup is done
Working in coordination with other internal departments to meet client requirement in stipulated timelines
Market intelligence and updates to management
Key Measures & Performance :
Generation of quality leads
Conversion of leads into sales
Meeting business targets set for FY
Promoting company name in market
Empanelling new business partners to sell product and service
Key Relationship :
Operations, Products, Finance, Grievance Team, Service Provider Authorities, Customers and Prospective Clients
Requirements
Preferred Skillset :
Good command on English, self-starter and interpersonal skills
Domain knowledge – Healthcare and Wellness Industry
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
Ability to ask penetrating questions, detect unstated assumptions and resolve conflicts
Ability to structure and deliver business requirements on time, budget and within agreed quality
Proven track record of achieving targets with a consistent high level of quality
Ability to make business decisions based on explicit and implicit data and information
Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced atmosphere
1Problem solving ability with the capability to consider out of the ordinary situations and know when it takes good business sense to override standard guidelines
1Ensure all business commitments are done in line with business expectations
Minimum Qualification :
A degree in management, business or related field
Experience of negotiation / procurement / relationship management in healthcare / wellness space is an added advantage
Minimum Experience :
A qualified candidate with minimum 3 years of experience in sales and business development of wellness products, handling corporate relationships.
