Responsibilities
Roles & Responsibilities:
• People Management
• SLA & TAT management
• Customer Service and Grievance Handling
• Lead employees to meet the organization's expectations for productivity, quality, continuous
improvement, and goal achievement.
• Manage the preparation and maintenance of reports necessary to carry out the functions of
the department.
• Excellent MS office skills Must include knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint
Requirements
Candidate’s requirements:
• Be a graduate
• Have minimum 3-4 years of experience in the customer service industry with
minimum 1 years of people handling / supervisory experience
• Have good communication & inter-personal skills
• Team management skills
• Well versed with atleast 2-3 local languages
