We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. Job Description: As a Phone Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and building strong relationships with potential clients in Australia. Your primary responsibilities will include: 1. Email Marketing Campaigns: - Design, execute, and optimise targeted email marketing campaigns to generate leads and engage with potential clients. - Analyse campaign performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance effectiveness. 2. Cold Calling to Australian Businesses: - Conduct outbound cold calls to Australian businesses with the aim of introducing our services and generating interest. - Clearly articulate the value proposition and benefits of our offerings to potential clients. 3. Feedback Collection: - Gather feedback from clients to understand their needs, preferences, and concerns. - Document and report feedback to the relevant teams for continuous improvement. 4. Follow-up Calls and Emails: - Regularly follow up with leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel. - Provide additional information, address queries, and overcome objections to drive conversions. 5. Arrange Meetings for Further Discussion: - Identify potential opportunities for face-to-face or virtual meetings with qualified leads. - Coordinate and schedule meetings for the support team to engage in further discussions with clients. Qualifications: - Proven experience in phone marketing, cold calling, and email marketing. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Familiarity with Australian business practices and market trends. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Strong organisational and time-management skills. Preferred Qualifications: - Previous experience in B2B sales or marketing. - Knowledge of CRM software for lead management. - Understanding of the Graphic Design industry.
