POSITION OVERVIEW We are a fast-growing smart home company that has already disrupted this space with many new innovations. We design and build the entire range of smart home products. Our clients are owners of premium and luxury homes. Our smart home products are designed to meet both the functional and aesthetic needs of luxury homes. This position’s prime responsibility is to develop and increases network through channels such as Architect, interior designers, project management consultant and builders. Further, understand the new projects that exist and running in the targeted locations to grab the market opportunity, increase the base of customers and thereby maximize the sales. A person who is an effective communicator and having an excellent communication skill, in English, Hindi, and Telugu with a pleasant personality and very good at building a strong and long-lasting relationship with the channels would be the ideal candidate for this positions. An enthusiastic person who is passionate and motivated about sales and puts all his effort in achieving and meeting sales goals.

Responsibilities

Major Deliverables • Develop and increase network through channels such as architect, interior designers, project management consultants, and builder to increase the base of the customers and maximize the sales. • Build, Develop, promote and maintain a strong and effective relationship with the network channels and get the maximum project from them. • Schedule a suitable meeting with the client and give absolute information and presentation about the smart home solutions, product features and benefits and how these solutions enhance the living experience. • Ensures that the clients visit the demo rooms. • Presents demo to the client in a manner that gives admiration awareness, importance and benefit of having smart solutions to make living comfortable, secure and energy positive. • Understands the customer needs to the core. explains solutions well and give him a reason to buy. • Coordinate with the customers to get the electrical diagram to understand and sells the need. • Prepares a quotation error-free and shared it with the customer to avoid any kind of confusions and bad experience. • Coordinate with the operations team and keep them informed about the commitments and deployment timings • Coordinate with the finance team as and when required. • Keeps a complete understanding of the new projects and figure out the way to grab the business opportunities. • Keeps complete understand of the business and its competitor’s product, solutions, price, and technological change and update back to the Management. • Is enthused to give a great experience to the customers at every stage of the sales process cycles. • Understand the preferences of the customers and applies behavioral science in the sales cycles • Keep always brand and its value on the top at every stage of the dealing with the customers. • Company’s aim is to maintain a superior level of integrity in interaction with the channel partners and customers and therefore, professionals are expected to adhere to the highest level of ethics and integrity that assures company’s values system. Requirements

PERSON OVERVIEW Qualification: Graduate in any discipline Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales Essential Attributes (Experience / Exposure characteristics): Experience in working with senior level Architects and Interior Designers, building relations with them and driving business through their influence. Excellent communication in English, Hindi, and Telugu, Effective communicator with a pleasant personality with good dressing sense, Social etiquette, a high degree of integrity, Passion and motivation for sales. Functional Competencies: Sales Strategy and Tactics, Excellent Communication Skills, Impressive presentation skills, Good at Counseling, coaching and convincing. Very good at Building an effective and long-lasting relationship, Very good at managing the sales cycle. Behavioral Competencies: Good at Interpersonal effectiveness, Understand the Behavioral Sciences, takes complete ownership, creates an effective relationship in the first meet, very good at dressing and grooming and takes pride of the same.
