Description
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced HR professional to join our team as Senior Executive in Human Resources. The successful candidate will play a key role in various HR functions, including talent acquisition, HR operations & administration.
This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a comprehensive understanding of HR functions, and the ability to contribute to a positive work culture.
Responsibilities
Independently manage recruitment efforts, collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.
Handle the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Create Compensation structures, obtain approvals and negotiate with candidates.
Address employee queries promptly and fairly, fostering a positive work environment.
Performance Management: Assist in the performance management processes.
HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records and generate various letters ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
Manage day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including documentation and reporting.
Assist in the development of compensation structures and conduct salary reviews.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
Stay informed about changes in employment legislation and suggest necessary adjustments.
Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and integration activities.
Ensure a smooth transition for new employees into the organisation.
Employee Engagement: Assist in employee engagement initiatives, organising relevant activities and events.
Requirements
Qualification & Skills
Mandatory
Experience: 2 - 4 years
Education: MBA (HR) preferred.
Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Profound understanding of HR functions/processes, fostering a positive work culture.
Minimum 2 years of experience in IT & Non IT Recruitments, HR Operations & administration.
Must have knowledge of Statutory compliances.
Proficient in using MS office tools, with a grasp of basic excel formulas.
Preferred - Experience of working on Zoho People.
