As a Backend Insurance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting and managing the backend operations related to insurance policies. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in the insurance industry. Work Culture - Office Locations - Vadodara, and Mumbai

Responsibilities

Responsibilities: Policy Administration: Handle the backend processing of insurance policies, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company guidelines. Update and maintain policy records, endorsements, and renewals in the system. Verify and validate policy documentation to ensure completeness and correctness. Claims Support: Assist in the backend processing of insurance claims, including data entry and documentation management. Collaborate with claims adjusters to ensure seamless communication and processing of claims. Customer Service: Respond to backend inquiries from customers, agents, and internal teams regarding insurance policies and procedures. Provide support to customer service representatives with backend information and documentation. Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date backend databases related to insurance policies. Generate reports and analyze data for management reporting purposes. Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all backend processes. Conduct quality checks on policy documentation and data to maintain high standards.

Requirements

Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a backend insurance role. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred. Strong understanding of insurance policies, procedures, and regulations. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation. Proficient in using insurance management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Key Competencies: Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Team player with excellent interpersonal skills. Adaptability to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
